About A1-Ford-Branch-Smith Agency

In the Spring of 2008, Branch Insurance Agency, Inc. desired to expand their presence in the State of Michigan by acquiring the A1 Ford Agency in Milan, Michigan which was owned and operated by Sara Ford.  Upon this acquisition, the name was changed to A1 Ford Branch Agency and Sara continued with the new agency as an agent.  Chad Massey relocated from the Coldwater, Michigan office to the Milan, Michigan office to be the office manager and to foster growth in the area.  In December of 2010, Branch Insurance Agency, Inc. purchased the Carole Smith Agency in Maybee, Michigan and moved it to the same location as the A1 Ford Branch Agency and renamed the office to its current name of A1 Ford Branch Smith Agency.  Carole Smith's son, Mitchell Smith, remained with the new agency as an agent and CSR.  All of the employees and agents work hard for their clients and strive to stay connected with the community.
